All people has a distinct thought of what health is to them. Is it dropping a couple of kilos? Feeling more energetic? Or is it competing as a health model? Generally folks do not put in sufficient to obtain the more challenging targets, however others could feel guilty for not placing in what they understand to be an adequate effort, once they’re doing just wonderful. The very fact is, all people has an thought of what they want, what they are prepared to do (or not able to do) to get there. These are completely private and subjective choices.
